What we collect and why

Purpose: managing enquiries made through the website contact form.

Data: your name and email address (and your IP address, processed by the server for security and anti-spam).

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the consent box when you submit the form.

Retention: while the relationship is maintained and, afterwards, for the legal periods required.

Processors and transfers

Your data may be processed by: SysBalear (web hosting, server located in the EU/Spain) and Apple iCloud (email mailbox). Where any international transfer occurs, appropriate safeguards under the GDPR apply. No data is sold or shared for advertising.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to tom@tomproductions.media. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Chat assistant

This site offers a conversational assistant to answer your questions about Tom Productions. When you use it, we process what you type and, if you provide them, your name, email and phone, to handle your enquiry and let Tom contact you. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request. Processor: Anthropic PBC (the AI model provider that generates the replies) processes the conversation text to produce the answer under its data-processing terms; it is not used for advertising profiling. International transfer: Anthropic PBC is based in the United States, so using the chat may involve a transfer of the conversation text outside the EEA; this transfer is covered by GDPR-compliant safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR). Retention: when your enquiry is ready, the conversation and a short summary are emailed to Tom so he can reply to you personally. Tom keeps that email, as data controller, only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and you can ask him to erase it at any time. Separately, the chat session stored on the server is deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can erase yours sooner at any time. We use no tracking cookies, only essential local storage (a chat session identifier) to keep your chat session while you use it. You can erase your chat anytime with the "Clear this chat" button or by writing to tom@tomproductions.media. Your use of the website and the chat is also governed by the Terms of Use.

No tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. The only browser storage we use is essential local storage: your language preference, whether the intro animation has already played this session, and a chat session identifier while you use the chat.
