What this website offers
This website is a showcase of Tom Productions' wedding films. It also lets you make an enquiry in two ways: through the contact form and through the AI chat assistant. Both are intended only to help you get in touch and learn more about the service.
The AI chat assistant
This site offers an automated chat assistant whose answers are AI-generated. It is provided for general information and to help you make an enquiry.
Because its replies are produced automatically, they may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and you must not rely on them as professional, legal, financial or contractual advice.
Using the assistant does not create any booking, reservation or contract. A wedding is only confirmed through a separate written agreement with Tom. Any price, date or availability the assistant mentions is purely indicative and non-binding.
Acceptable use: please do not submit other people's personal data without their permission; do not abuse, manipulate or attempt to "jailbreak" the assistant; and do not input unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
The text you type is processed as described in the Privacy Policy, with Anthropic PBC acting as data processor to generate the replies. The assistant is intended for adults (18+); minors should only use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
User-submitted content
When you submit information through the contact form or the chat, you confirm that the information is your own (or that you are authorised to share it), that it is accurate, and that you may lawfully provide it.
Intellectual property
The films, photographs, text and design on this website are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Tom Productions or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or otherwise reuse any of this content without prior written consent.
External links
This site may link to third-party platforms such as Vimeo, YouTube, WhatsApp and Instagram. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.
Availability and "as is"
The website and the chat assistant are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site or the chat will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Maintenance, updates and temporary interruptions may occur without prior notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tom Productions shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the chat assistant. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the most recent review is shown above. Your continued use of the website after any change means that you accept the updated terms.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, including Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain fully preserved.
